Two of the inabilities blocking creativity of humans

मनुष्य के सृजनशीलता के मार्ग में बाधक बनने वाली दो कमजोरियाँ

The following passage/translation will help you score maximum in both SSC and PGDT exams. You must practice 2-3 passages daily for the preparation of SSC Junior Hindi Translator, Senior Hindi Translator, Pradhyapak and Post Graduate Diploma in Translation (PGDT) exams.

1. Resource Myopia – the inability to see the resources at one’s disposal is a common block to creativity.

संसाधन निकट-दृष्टिता -अपने पास उपलब्ध संसाधनों को न देख पाना सृजनशीलता के मार्ग में आनेवाली आम बाधा होती है |

2. This block is often seen when one is satisfied with the first acceptable and workable solution to a problem rather than looking for better solutions or avenues for improvement without being extrinsically compelled to accept such a temporary solution.

यह बाधा अक्सर तब देखने में आती है जब कोई व्यक्ति बाहरी रूप से ऐसे अस्थायी समाधान स्वीकार करने के लिए बाध्य न होते हुए भी सुधर के लिए बेहतर हल या मार्ग ढूंढने के बजाय किसी समस्या का पहला स्वीकार्य समाधान या कामचलाऊ समाधान पा कर ही संतुष्ट हो जाता है |

3. Resource Myopia gives rise to other disabilities such as fatalism, excessive dependence and powerlessness which hinder creativity.

निकट-दृष्टिता से अन्य कमजोरियाँ पैदा हो जाती है जैसे की भाग्यवादिता, अत्यधिक पराश्रिता और बेबसी जो सृजनशीलता के रस्ते में रुकावट डालती है |

4. Understanding one’s inner strength, becoming aware of the resources in one’s environment and cultivating curiosity can help get rid of this block.

अपने भीतर की ताकतों को समझकर, अपनी आतंरिक शक्तियों को पहचानकर, अपने परिवेश में मौजूद संसाधनों की जानकारी प्राप्त करके और जिज्ञाषा का विकास और विस्तार करके इस बाधा से छुटकारा पाने में सहायता मिलती है |

5. Rigidity – A formula approach to life is evidence of this inability.

अनम्यता - जीवन के प्रति रूढ़िपरक सैद्धांतिक दृष्टिकोण अपनाना इस कमजोरी का प्रमाण है |

6. Stereotyping and dogmatism are results of rigidity.

रूढ़िवादिता और हठधर्मिता अनम्यता के ही परिणाम है |

7. Functional fixedness, which is perceptual rigidity, limits a person from seeing a tool or object performing functions other than the stated obvious one.

कार्यात्मक स्थिरता प्रत्यक्ष दिखने वाली अनम्यता है जो किसी व्यक्ति को स्पष्ट बताये गए साधन के अलावा काम करने वाले किसी अन्य साधन या वास्तु को देखने ही नहीं देती |

8. This is also a result of rigidity which blocks creativity.

यह भी अनम्यता का ही परिणाम है जिससे सृजनशीलता बाधित होती है |

9. Rigidity arises from over-learning in one form or the other and has to be overcome by unlearning appropriately.

अनम्यता किसी न किसी रूप में अत्यधिक सीख प्राप्त कर लेने के कारन उत्पन्न होती है और इस सीख को उपयुक्त रूप से काम करके इस अनम्यता पर काबू पाना जरुरी है |
